Terms of Service for Become an IDOL Challenge

Please review these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before participating in the "Become an IDOL Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as the "Challenge") offered by IDOL Academy, a product of IDOL, LLC ("Company").

Challenge Details:

By participating in the Challenge, you agree to abide by all the policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement. 

The Company agrees to provide the following as part of the Challenge:

  • Lifetime Access to the "Become an IDOL Challenge" materials.
  • Entry to a dedicated online platform providing video, audio, written lessons, exercises, templates, and other support resources.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be provided for the Challenge, as access to materials and resources is immediate upon purchase.

Disclaimer:

The Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Unless modified by this Agreement, these terms shall fully apply to your participation in the Challenge.

Intellectual Property:

All content provided as part of the Challenge remains the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participation in the Challenge does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the Challenge content.

Independent Contractor Status:

Participation in the Challenge does not establish a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company. The Challenge provides educational resources and information, not professional advice.

Force Majeure:

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Severability/Waiver:

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The Company's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of such provision.

Modification:

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. All modifications will be posted on the IDOL, LLC website, and participants will be notified.

By participating in the "Become an IDOL Challenge," you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
