TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read carefully. By purchasing the "Camtasia for IDOLs" product, you (hereinafter “Participant” or “You”) are accepting the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) governing your participation in this standalone course offered by IDOL LLC (“Company”).

 

COURSE DETAILS

IDOL LLC agrees to provide the "Camtasia for IDOLs" course (herein referred to as “Course”). As a condition of participating in the Course, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

 

As part of the Course, the Company shall provide the following to Participant:

 

• 12 months access to the "Camtasia for IDOLs" course materials.
• Access to a password-protected Course Area, including video tutorials, written materials, project files, and other training resources.
• Periodic updates to the core Course, as necessary or desirable.

 

REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. A refund will be issued, excluding a processing fee if applicable. After 24 hours, refunds will not be provided.

 

DISCLAIMER

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Course.

 

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Course content included is the property of the Company and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. Your participation in the Course does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to you. You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course content and resources.

 

INDEPENDENT LEARNING

You understand and acknowledge that the Course is intended for educational purposes and is not to be interpreted as professional advice.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement due to acts or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

SEVERABILITY/WAIVER

If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other terms and provisions. The Company's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision.

 

MODIFICATION

The Company may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. All modifications will be posted on the Company's website, and purchasers will be notified.

 

By purchasing "camtasia for IDOLs," you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
