Robin has worked as an instructional designer since 2012, including as a Director of Learning and Development, with clients like Amazon, IBM, and the International Baccalaureate Organization. She holds a PhD in Education specializing in instructional design and online learning, has spoken at DevLearn and ATD, and hosts the Become an IDOL podcast. IDOL Academy's training program won the Brandon Hall Award for Best Training Program for Learning and Development Professionals. She built the program she wished existed when she made this same transition herself.
