Standard 13 — Cancellation Within 72 Hours
Per GNPEC Standard 13, a student who submits a written cancellation request within 72 hours of signing the enrollment agreement is entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, excluding the non-refundable $300 third-party vendor fee.
Standard 12 — Prorated Refund Per Milestone Segment
IDOL Academy℠ tuition is calculated and refunded on a per-milestone-segment basis. Each of the 8 milestones constitutes a separate instructional segment for refund purposes. This applies to both the Pay In Full and Per Milestone enrollment options.
(a) A student who withdraws having completed less than 50% of a milestone segment is entitled to a prorated refund for that segment, minus the $300 non-refundable third-party vendor fee.
(b) A student who withdraws having completed 50% or more of a milestone segment is not entitled to a refund for that segment.
(c) All previously completed milestone segments are non-refundable regardless of subsequent withdrawal.
(d) For Pay In Full students, the refundable amount is calculated based on the per-milestone equivalent value ($697 per segment) for any milestone segments not yet completed or less than 50% in progress at the time of withdrawal.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the official withdrawal form. The date the withdrawal form is received is the official withdrawal date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 45 days. Upon refund, all licenses to program materials are immediately terminated and the student must cease using all program content and destroy all copies.

Non-Refundable Items
The $300 third-party vendor fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. No other fees are designated as non-refundable.

Application: Submit a written request to [email protected] at least 7 days before the intended start date. Include reason for leave, expected start and return dates, and any supporting documentation. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
During LOA: Students are not required to submit assignments or meet coursework deadlines during an approved LOA period.
Returning: Upon return, students resume coursework and must complete all requirements within the original 12-month period or any granted extension.
Failure to return: Students who fail to return on the specified date without communicating a need for extended leave will be considered withdrawn from the program as of the LOA start date. Withdrawn students must reapply and will be subject to full tuition.
Appeals: Students may appeal a denial of an LOA request by submitting a written appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of the decision. Final determination is provided within 5 business days.
